Stout is a committed partner with organizations that advocate for under-served communities. Since our Pro Bono practice was formed in 2008, we have been engaged in 175 matters, eclipsing professional fees of $6.4 million contributed to pro-bono services. Stout offers financial support to help employees provide pro bono services through strategic board positions. Stout will provide up to $2,500 per employee in support of their involvement with a nonprofit organization.

About Stout Pride
Stout Pride was formed in 2023 to create an open and safe space for LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies to build connections and friendship. It aims to support personal and professional development, provide opportunities to give back through philanthropic activities, and promote diversity, inclusion, and acceptance within the firm by highlighting and addressing unique issues facing the LGBTQ+ community.
